That, out of all the belly-aching about the "legality" of Bungie's ToS, not a single person has A) filled a lawsuit or B) successfully made a case against the company.
Bungies ToS has been merely tweaked upon, not changed, since then and any legality issues would have arose way before now... and im only basing that on the general "trigger-on-finger" attitude on these forums.
It's been less than a week you retard. You think lawsuits just fall out of peoples butts? Do you know what, specifically (Read that last word again you mouth breather) entails "successfully making a case against the company"? Guess what cockstain, takes TIME. Courts aren't exactly speedy animals.
OK, how does that disprove what I said? Because it doesn't, I was merely pointing out that a EULA means very little in real legal terms.
Try again, but this time focus on what I actually said not what you imagine I said, ok?
Um yes, just a bit of weed thanks.
You said someone would have tried to sue by now, clearly saying that I was wrong in what I originally said as no one had sued yet.
At least try dude, seriously.
Try what? Arguing with you? Because, that's not gonna happen. It was a statement, not an answer to yours. an addition to what I said that got chopped up by your response. OUT.OF.CONTEXT.
And weeds not a drug...
Really, so cannabis isn't a drug now, ok....... I guess were into the realms of fantasy now.
It was in direct response to me so how is that out of context? And here is more proof, not that it's needed by anyone but you, for some reason.
any legality issues would have arose way before now.
Clearly saying that the ToS must be ironclad.
Seriously, at least try dude, at least put a little thought into what you're saying.
