Yeah, only is good if the other 2 perks are Increased super energy when killing minions of the darkness. And Orbs restore health. I mean If the main perk is weak then at least keep the secondary perks top tier

Gotta to agree.. Unless there is about to be a shortage of glimmer and a drought of consumables, there are fare better ways in collecting glimmer. I really hate to say it - but so far, none of these exotics are stand-outs. I'm sure I'll get some heat regarding the helmet, but I think that it's a waste of a perk, that's not overly used.. Underwhelming

Maybe, but if I was a warlock and I had to choose gain glimmer or marks. I'd go with marks. It'd still be a lack luster perk, but yeah.
