    Gender identity.Trans women are women. It'd be silly of us to have the lgbt tag if we excluded trans women. [spoiler]Many also come at us for excluding gay men when we have the lgbt tag,but many lesbian women also use the word gay to identify themselves,as the word gay isn't gender exclusive.[/spoiler]

    That is honestly the best possible answer with the policy you have in place. I disagree with self segregation, but I do support people creating the environment they are most comfortable in. Best of luck with recruitment.
