So you can get destiny for 20. Last time I checked both dlc were still being sold for 20 apiece. The the new dlc is 40. That's 100 without all the extra stuff going with it. So at minimum it should cost 100. 60 bucks is pretty cheap and it isn't fair pricing. I've been playing since day one and for me it's not an issue of 40 for the new dlc, although I think it should be cheaper. The fact that people can now buy what I already have plus a new dlc for the same price as the original game is a little aggravating. I'm going to buy the dlc anyway but that doesn't mean I'm not upset about this exclusive bundle that I'm not going to get.

Not free. A reasonable price. Guarantee you this expansion also takes less than a day to complete just like the first two. Thats not $40 worth of content
