If you are a true fan of Destiny you shouldn't be lol. Right now all the polls indicate at roughly a 50/50 split between people buying TTK and those not willing to buy , and some of those willing to buy are only willing to buy it at a lower price, but for the sake of argument let's call it 50/50, do you know what happens when a company loses 50 percent of it's customers? Look at all the panic going on at Activision when CoD Ghost lost 50 percent of sales, and CoD is arguably one of if not the best selling game series of all time, and that happened after they had had a successful run of what 8 games or so? What do you think Activision is going to do with your beloved Destiny when they lose 50 percent of customers?

If I like it and I think it's worth it I'll buy what I want yeah that sounds foolish and irresponsible but I'm a huge fan of destiny. Fanboys of video games will buy merchandise that seem ridiculous out of context. Star Wars fans will buy $300 light sabers Waking dead fans will buy Daryl's $1600 crossbow The list continues it will always be never ending I join the folks except I don't make [i]those[/i] types of purchases but to extend the glory by buying a dlc filled with fun for what.. $40 yeah I'm down for that

I get why you are buying it. You missed my reasoning entirely tho. You are hardcore fan of Destiny and it is understandable. I am trying to appeal to the day one players who are getting screwed in this deal. What will you do when the next expansion comes out and they want to again charge you another $40 and offer up another bundle with rare items. They will continue to do this as long as you buy into. They could have just as easily given out Digital items for free to everybody who owned the full game and both expansions. This isn't Darylls guitar. These are digital items which don't really exist in the sense of existance.

I'm not trying to be offensive and I understand your point and your post now but I will continue to buy their expansions.. Yeah I see they are a completely corrupted company and I see they're terrible marketing strategy but I will buy it because I enjoy the game .. People are probably thinking if they read this like " oh they got you " or " you see this bullshit yet you still buy their stuff " I've noticed that I like the game in the long run I've stopped playing before but after a while I ended up missing it... Tremendously I feel like I'll be playing the game for a while and by extending it more it's worth it to me
