It's target acquisition is better than any other sniper rifle, basically makes it easier to shoot something when it's moving. The invisibility helps Titans and Warlocks but in PvP enemy players can still see your red lens flare so it doesn't really help much, but in PvE you can go invisible and revive team mates as easily as Hunters can when they're invisible especially when being surrounded by enemies during Nightfall and such. But besides that, it's a hard hitting sniper rifle perfect for Arc Burn and you get 6 shots per clip.

Forgot to add that you need to stay scoped in for the duration of the invisibility, invisibility is also canceled if you scope out early.
