the reason everybody hates getting killed by thorn is because it is pretty much the only gun you know exactly what it is when you get hit. over the last iron banner i got killed by a variety of guns, whether it was thorn, hawkmoon, last word, vex, mida, shotguns, snipers, red death, bad juju, suros etc. yeah more people are using hand cannons over the rest but at least its not like before the auto rifle nerf where every body used auto rifles. i really dont mind they way it is now, yeah auto rifles could use a little buff to get them competitive again, but i used suros a little this iron and it wasnt bad, also people are keeping their distance between enemies more so not as many shotguns to the face. I think this is more the way bungie wants crucible it be where people are using a variety of weapons. i didnt even touch my thorn, i mainly used my vex hawkmmon or suros with sniper or shotgun
