I don't necessarily think Thorn itself is broken. I think Hand Canons in general need a tweak. Mainly because people are able to one shot/two shot you from across the map. That should not be the case. They need to loose some punch at that range. Medium to close range sure but they should not out gun a scout rifle from across the map.
