Just had a friend get his first this week after over 800 hrs of play time, not once has he gone to forums to complain or petition for Bungie pity. He just did his raids and nightfalls every week to maximize his chances. You have no Crota completions, that's just missed opportunities every week. If you're only playing to get one exotic, you're playing for the wrong reasons.
