I'm That Guy You Hate
Well, it's not my fault, but in the Iron Banner this morning, I was that guy.
I was the guy who got dropped in to the match halfway through, on the losing side, which then went on to lose. Not surprising, since we were down by about 8500 points with 5 minutes to go when I joined.
My final KD was 0.5. Not impressive, but at least I didn't finish last.
And much to my surprise, the golden words scrolled-
[i]"DogOfWar1138 Found MIDA Multi-Tool!"[/i]
So, yeah, today I was that losing guy on the losing side who got the exotic that all you winners feel like you deserved. But, you know? I consider that it was my reward for being dropped into a match that I had no [i]chance[/i] of winning, and fighting as hard as I could anyway. This was my second drop in a Crucible match EVER, and the first in 4 months.
I feel bad for you if you haven't had any drops lately, but I refuse to feel guilty because I did. Good luck to all of you, and have a nice weekend.

1 回复Similar thing happened to me a couple days ago. Jumped in a random crucible to kill time. .43 KD. Gjallarhorn finally. Git gud scrubs

1 回复Got the iron banner rocket launcher yesterday with a .93 k/d and 20 kills. So i wasnt awful at least. Pretty good rolls too. It has field scout, whose next, and mulligan. Idk if i should risk the reroll. Thoughts? Its on my titan.

2 回复Welcome to the Mida club :) Awesome gun. Only the afkers don't deserve the rewards. Who says a better player deserves better loot in the crucible? Thats what PvE is for :)

You fought to the end, against a team that was crushing you. You deserve it for not quitting as soon as you saw how bad you were losing! You sir (or madame, I don't discriminate :P) are a lot better than a lot of people in the crucible
