I didn't know ANYTHING about Destiny when I bought it. I saw a few commercials and thought "that looks like a fun game". So I bought it off a whim. Needless to say I felt overwhelmingly disappointed. I saw all the potential this game had and it al just fell by the wayside. It seems as if the game designers just didn't have enough time or motivation to make a complete game. Or maybe time was spent in the wrong place. For instance when you're leveling up from 1-25 there are TONS of green and blue and white armor pieces. But once you hit lvl 30 everyone looks the same.

  • The game got ripped apart and sold in pieces because it was more financially lucrative than releasing one big, artful game. You can tell they had probs in development from lead creative designer's leaving mid-production. I have been following this game since 2 years before it even came out, when I got the first whiff of an MMOFPSRPG.. I knew the first in it's genre would be HUGE. This game has been such a letdown. The freemium-game style antics based on drawing upon gamers' addictions which are infused into this heaping pile of poo are just too much for me.
