Why does everyone think this game was designed to be played 24/7? I realised (too late at about 500 hours) that it is a lot more fun to actually enjoy playing it. You have only 9 things you really must do a week (3×raid, nightfall and weekly) anything else for me is done after work, gym, spending time with friends and family. I'd leave this game if to keep up (I can now have 3×32's) I had to play every night. I can't think of anything worse.
