By the way,considering sony will still be earning money from Spider-Man How is marvel gonna benefit from this besides pleasing fans knowing that Spider-Man will be in MCU now?(Sorry I'm not very good at these company things)

Thanks to this, the spiderman franchise is shared between both but the new direction will be set in the MCU. Meaning that all Spiderman properties are available to Marvel to use in the movies. Sony still has creative control and distribution, but the films will be part of the MCU and Kevin feige is the producer.
