I am sorry you are having this issue, Are you saying that you have the Demo version of the game downloaded on the PS4?

You should delete the demo. The Demo and the main game are not meant to be on the same system since the Demo is intended to be upgradeable. Delete the Demo and try restoring licenses afterwards. If that does not fix it then you will need to contact Sony about a license conflict between the upgrade and the demo.
