I don't believe for a second that everyone would have Gjallarhorn. I agree that there would be a boost of Gjallarhorn users, but I sincerely doubt that everyone you meet would have bought it. In any case, Gjallarhorn isn't so godly amazing that it would completely destroy all aspects of Destiny. It is a super cool weapon, but I think you are overestimating its strength.

Lol have you ever read these forums? It's plagued by posts about Gjallarhorn. If Xur ever does sell Gjallarhorn ever again, I can almost guarantee that almost every single person will buy one, and to be honest if you don't, that would be very stupid.
