This is my thirdish time asking how to fix this problem and I have tried everything they have said and nothing has worked. Ok here is my problem, when I go to the tower I am alone with the NPC's, same with strikes and the crucible and other things, I cannot see or get other people at all. I have tried port forwarding and changing my NAT settings and most other things but nothing has worked. If anybody has a solution please reply. Thanks.
