All hand cannons take three to four shots to kill. And I think the DoT was fine. The reload and magazine size needed a slight buff.

The reload and magazine size needed a slight buff.[/quote] I still prefer my Timur's Lash with the Luck in the Chamber perk. 7 round mag so the chance it comes up in the first two bullets, two shot kill. So smooth and sexy, I can't put it down.
