Why would I buy the DLC if the same problem is intact? the lack of EASY access to attempt to play the game

play the raid to get weapons for the next raid seems stupid to me. being max level when the cap is being increased every 3-4 months seems even dumber. esspecially if the only place it matters is in the raid. IB was a slaughter house for pumped up 30's thinking that 1 level made a difference. just wait. dont buy dlc bc you want to not buy it. they have your money, dont give them more for the same.
