we should try to sue bungie
After all they don't want to fix anyone's glitched profiles like mine bungie responds to other people's bitching when its something they have no control over but when it comes to doing work they tend to ignore everyone like me I have posted in every post I have seen of a bungie admin but yet no reply and but yet they can reply to everyone els so I feel everyone who is in the same boat as me should get to get her and try to file a law suit I some sort for not providing a working product or Maybe if they here someone wants to sue them it might make them actually get to work any with me? I want my 60 bucks back if all I get is half of the game cause I can't level my characters up without shards or energy and I'm not getting any because my profile is glitched

Rule #2: You and everyone else needs to have money if you intend to file a lawsuit and considering you are upset about $60 I take it you probably dont have the thousands of dollars that it would take to file a lawsuit against a major corporation like Bungie and in order to win you would need thousands more for a good lawyer. Rule #3: The game is based solely around RNG loot. That means that your profile is not glitched and you are just very unlucky. I experience the same thing in the Vault of Glass. I need one piece of raid armor, I've beaten it every week it resets and still have not recieved it. This does not automatically prove my profile is glitched. And in order to win any lawsuit you need proof. Proof that you quite frankly don't have and cannot acquire.

5 回覆I have heard that people are having glitches accounts and one friend told me that Bungie said they would have to delete their account and start all over. This is a problem, and don't agree of Bungie's way of handling that. That's a broken product that needs to be fixed. But this shouldn't be the only reasons why there should be a lawsuit. It should be on a broken game that they aren't fixing, but also for false advertising with no disclaimer, which I am shocked to see that Bungie knows what a disclaimer is, and for selling a product to consumers with information on the disc that you can't use until they unlock it and you pay more money. That is 3 areas for a good lawsuit, that if someone doesn't do it soon, more greedy developers are going to follow suit of greedy activision and Bungie, overnight hyping a game, giving you an half ass products and expect for gamers to pay more money to get the full version. Just point a lawyer, if you can afford one unlike me, to YouTube and the Destiny news and forums and you will have all the evidence needed for this lawsuit.
