I was recently playing in the Crucible when I got a free Ice Breaker. I know from experience that is strong against the fallen, hive, vex, etc. It isn't as overpowered in the Crucible. There is only one map where you can really use a sniper. Yet, you die anyway. The Ice Breaker isn't overpowered in pvp, DON'T nerf it.
