Changes to Exotic items as mentioned in Dev Notes
In the linked Dev Notes it is mentioned that Exotic items will be changed, most notably Thorn and Bad Juju. Has there been any further mentioning of the changes that will be made and when we can expect them?
I currently have both Thorn and a legendary hand cannon and I have to decide which to level up. Currently Thorn is pretty crappy and most definitely worse than the legendary one, but I'd hate to find out that it's better after all because of the announced changes.

Thorn is insanely powerful already once you get the range upgrade and Mark of the Devourer. The DoT that it does keeps enemies shields from restoring or other guardians health from restoring. Also, with head shots, it one hits all trash mobs, even at high levels, can 3 shot captains with head shots (including taking down their shields) and can 3 shot guardians in the crucible with body shots. I don't understand people that claim it is underpowered, but I won't complain if Bungie wants to buff it.
