I got stuck in a wall on the mars strike mission (the one with tu'arc). I got shield bashed by a couple of phalanx through the wall, i was alive and could walk around but couldn't get out of the wall, tried to suicide but my nades didn't quite kill me. 2 randoms still finished the strike though

I think its different enough to be a different cause though, as far as i know when you die your hitbox disappears for a second or two before your res marker spawns, whereas clipping into the map alive could be an issue with the geometry of that particular area
