Ok I have sorted out the LE DLC. After entering the Q codes via Kinect you need to go to My Games & Apps, Enter Menu on Destiny, Manage game and install/use on the Add On Content. Then go back to the game and visit the Post Master and Special Items Vendor. The Vanguard Armoury weapons will also now be available once you are lv 5 at the Vanguard Quartermaster (these are different to Vanguard weapons at lv 20).
