Always could be better, but hey, Xbox party chat worked fine enough for me and my fireteam friends.

For fire team there is no problem. My problem is to find someone from online player to play with if my friends are offline or already in fireteam T_T

Post online on the forums. I intend to be running around along with a few PhNx guys from time to time. Raids, strikes, or just Crucible running. Most of the PhNx guys coming over to Destiny are going to be helping people on the Xbox side of things. Right now though, a few of those guys have to avoid deployment shipping dates... so always ask for others and invite people once they respond.
