Chapter has always been modestly active with random topics, shitposts, our music megathread, and occasional gamenight. Activity has remained more or less the same.
It's never been about titles or numbers in that group however; just a genuine interest and desire to be around the people in there.
Can't complain. :)

It doesn't have to be. I get that titles, purposes to rally behind, and group moderation make things more convenient but the people in the group are what's most important and I think a lot of people around here have lost, or are losing, sight of that.
