I'm a little ehh on their decision to fire him, I really don't know who to blame for their downfall late in the season.

0-16 to 10-6 in 3 years. Hes not a bad coach. Stafford is a bad QB.

I'm so mad that philbin is still the dolphins coach >:( guy doesn't care about winning, just stands on the sidelines saying that the worst 2 LBs in the league are doing "great", and the team is on the right track. All the while he had no urgency, no emotion, the guy is content with losing. THIS IS WHY I WANT PHILBIN FIRED: The tam had plenty of talent, but the coaches fu­­cked it up. The O-line was running the wrong scheme, the whole was less than the sum of it's parts. that's on the coaches. The defense was run as a 4-3 half the time, god knows why. The team had a good 3-4 NT, two good 3-4 MLB, and two decent 3-4 OLBS, but they ran a 4-3. When they weren't running a 4-3, they were running a nickel D as either a 4-2 or a 3-3. That's on the coaches. Tannehill didn't get to throw the ball deep to Wallace in practice enough, that was on the coaches. go go = run, go = pass. That's on the coaches. Not running the ball when you average 4.1 YPC, that's on the coaches.

But now who do they hire?
