I've never cared if the US government wants to look at my data. They haven't alienated my custom.

You know your medical records? Those extremely private things nobody but your GP or any other doctor can see unless your going in for emergency surgery and unconscious or dead? Yea every time a european goes to the US for a holiday all our medical records are automatically sent to homeland security, the files we have the right to privacy is being sent to another nation for no good reason.
