Do you believe it's possible to give "110%"?
Do you think it's possible for a person to give a 110% of their effort and determination to something? Or is it just a glamorous saying?
If you said [i]maybe[/i] please elaborate which cases you think it can apply to, and which it cannot apply to.

1 回覆If you suddenly have an unusual burst of adrenaline does that mean you are using more than your 100%, or are you just only capable of using less than 100% normally and with the adrenaline you reach 100%?

1 回覆No, because "110%" is what people call your max, correct? ...So that's actually your 100%.

1 回覆Yeah, in the sense of breaking perceived personal limits, otherwise it's kinda impossible to succeed maximum power.

If somebody can put in more effort than they are currently doing , then your not giving the maximum effort in the first place. Think about it, if you put 100% into trying to lift/move something your really going to hurt yourself and your muscles are not built to give 100% outside of life or death situations.

11 回覆If you are exerting 100% of your physical ability, then, you get an adrenaline boost, run faster, get stronger, all that stuff, you will be passing your physical ability, going into that 110% range. So maybe, depending on how you look at it.
