Computer Problems! (Blue Screen)
My computer boots up and soon as it gets to the "Windows is Starting" it freezes, goes blue screen for a second, then reboots. It then sends me to recovery, but it really does not do much. I really don't know what I'm doing and I don't want to lose my files....
Important Facts:
It's an HP laptop (G62)
Windows 7 (I don't want to hear that Mac or Linux is better then windows)

2 回覆You could try finding a usb, installing a portable version of ubuntu on it, booting off that, and attempt to recover any files on your harddrive

3 回覆Have you tried booting into safe mode and disabling any services/programs/drivers you may have recently installed?

1 回覆Be sure to delete the System 32 folder, it usually causes a freeze like you described and is actually a malware folder created by most viruses. Just go into your C drive and find the Windows folder. Go in there and find System 32. Highlight that folder and delete it. Afterwards restart your computer.

3 回覆If you can't even boot it in safe mode, you're going to have to reinstall Windows, a fresh clean install that is. You may have the boot sector virus which destroys the core files that are needed to boot Windows up. I know this because I had the same exact problem is you.

1 回覆I had this same problem, and had an IT guy take a look at it. Unfortunately it required a hard reset of the system and I lost everything, now I am not saying that is absolutely what is needed, but it sounds like it.
