2 回覆The solution is to clearly license adults to have reproductive organs. If your IQ is below a certain threshold you should be spayed or neutered.

Also, these kids are probably going to be free within the year, which is awful. Kids can do some really screwed up things, like those two kids who lured a little boy away from his mom at a supermarket, tortured him for hours, and then killed him on some railroad tracks. I can't remember the name of the story...

2 回覆1. Can a 5th grader even -blam!- someone? I guess they may have JUST hit the biological age in which that is even possible. 2. Obviously they know right from wrong, everyone over the age of two years old can distinguish right from wrong.
