Did a guy just get arrested for not opening a door to a house he didn't seem to own when asked by cops with no warrant and no stated reason for actually being there? It wasn't police brutality, but she certainly wasn't doing her job well. Isn't opening the door an invitation to enter? I respect police officers, but they're like vampires: They can't come in unless you allow them to, but once they're in you're screwed.

Just because he's black and wearing trendy clothing doesn't mean that he's too poor and uneducated to own that house even though it clearly belongs to a rich white man because it is so expensive looking. He's probably making enough money selling all that crack. And I am so going to hell for joking about this. Seriously though: Cop was overreaching. But no stated reason for actually being there? Come on now. Title of the vid says 'Partiers' and you can hear loud music in the background. Logic says that they were called out there over a noise complaint. And I would think that's probable cause; Watching a man walk out of a house he didn't seem to own.

  • I knew it was a noise complaint, but they never even said why they were there to the two men. I assumed the guy that was telling the other guy not to open the door owned the house and the other guy was his friend. It doesn't really matter if he owned the house or not, but the entire situation just seems bizarre.
