Except there's logical reasons to bar those kind of relationships from being legal. Incestuous relations can lead to detrimental genetic mutation in offspring, which can cause un-needed human suffering and un-needed strain on healthcare infrastructure. A child is not an adult or a minor above the age of consent requirements with the ability to legally consent to a sexual relationship. Child protection laws already prohibit this, and would prohibit the legalization of pedophile relationships on the basis that a child is not fully cognitively developed enough to make logical, healthy, or responsible long term decisions for themselves.
