For you few that do still play Halo 4, am I the only one that feels that the only good playlists, like Majestic DLC or SWAT, is ruined by the fact that the majority of the people left playing them are too bloody good at the game, or go out of their way to play it in a way that's detrimental to fun for all involved...?
It's a damn shame, because this game, without all of the nonsensical additions, is bloody fun, especially with the Majestic map Pack or in SWAT, but there's just too many people kicking my arse to hell and back for me to be able to enjoy it...
Oh well, in other news, Action Sack should be fun for a day or two before TryHardSyndrome is in effect...

1 回覆Isnt that the point of a video game? To try your hardest and WIN? This is why we need Halo 3 style matchmaking. We need social and ranked. You dont wanna play competitively and I dont want to play with people who arent trying to win.

3 回覆由A 3 Legged Goat編輯: 3/9/2013 6:07:37 PMI understand your frustration. Even good players get tired of having to sweat every single game. But unfortunately, players will tend to flock to where the good settings are. It's a shame there's no more ranked and social. They'd have the same settings and one would be ranked so it kept the good people there most of the time. If you want to play those lists, you either have to get better or go with a good party.

2 回覆I agree with you. And your commentary is bloody brilliant. I would run straight into the zany hell of Action Sack with you JUST for the amusing company you'd provide.

The problem is not the fact that some people are good at the game/tryhards. The problem is the broken matchmaking system. Example Why do I end up in a team with two people who only get 3 kills?

2 回覆I find it a damn shame that I have to put up with morons like you every time I want to have fun in a game. My enjoyment of my playtime is ruined by your insistence on going negative twenty five each game, and then loudly complaining about said fact while simultaneously blaming everybody on the team except for yourself for your own, pathetic failures in what amounts to a brainlessly easy game in the same vein of Call of Duty.

由Trollheim編輯: 3/9/2013 8:43:51 AMMajestic Map Pack DLC is pretty breezy and I have a lot of fun with Monolith Slayer (it is probably one of my top 3 favorite maps in the franchise now). I was having a much worse time in Team Throwdown. Now there's where the tryhards are. My biggest issue with Halo though is how much gameplay is basically muscle memory and aim. I can come back to Mass Effect after several days or a couple weeks and it doesn't take long to adjust, but coming back to Halo it takes many games before I feel comfortable in a match.

My issues with Halo 4 is how broken the balance is. Not the players. Halo is a game where skill should be required. If the casual lifestyle of a game without 'tryhards' is what you wish for, then I suggest playing the community-based modes or custom games.
