Officially lost 60 pounds.
I am now only 35 pounds off from my goal weight. I should be there in about 17 weeks. Four months, so by June, and I'm there.
Anyone else meeting their goals?

1 回覆I'd love to gain 20 pounds or so, but sadly, I'm one of those people that just never gains any weight.

That's changed in the last year though, I lift 5 or 6 days a week, eat a ton of (good) food and now I'm 75kg at 5'11, last I checked. Aiming for 80kg by the end of my current bulk.

During Med School I put on some weight. I started Med School at 205, and got up to 225. The last 2-3 months of Med School I decided to get my act together and lose some weight. I graduated at 210, then over the first 6 months of my internship I got down to 195. I've been at 195 now for 2 years. I recently decided to make a push for 185, which is the weight I graduated High School at.

1 回覆I can't get weight neither can I lose weight. I can eat how much I want with no result. My weight has been ~60kg for some years now.
