Welcome to the Frontier no rewards softlock.
I have attempted Welcome to the Frontier 8 times now, twice with new patch and on two different characters. Every time I complete it, I end up in the hanger with the collect rewards message and no chest or material turn in anywhere in the hanger. The only thing in the hanger is the ability shank's tutorial message, and it's circle on the ground. I would appreciate knowing if a fix is in the pipeline because until then I can not progress past this tutorial mission.
