Reached max rank / Reputation with the Cabal Syndicate, Totality Division and wanted to join a new syndicate, yet my Quest was on step 14 or 15 out of 17 and just dissapeared out of my quest tab. I cannot find it nor can i re-acquire it anywhere in game.
