(BUG) Lawless Frontier Missions Cannot Be Private

OS Version: Windows 10
ISSUE: When loading into a private version of lawless frontier with a friend, it is matchmade instead of being private.
REPRO STEPS: Have a friend join you. Load into any lawless frontier mission while selecting private.
ACTUAL RESULT: A third person joins into my private lobby
EXPECTED RESULT: Friend and I play the mission on our own in our private lobby
