On point tbch. A return to cod for me on the 14th looms, after a decade away. Made some really good changes after battlefield scared them, nice time to go back maybe.
Problem with cod is that they switched it all up because player numbers were low, knowing Activision, they will go back on their promises the next season. They were silent about the sbmm damage. They only changed skin themes after people were tired of seeing beavis and -blam!-, nicki Minaj and american dad.
They also have ninja turtles. Brother believe me, they will go back because people bought them while complaining about it
Yeah bungie does it as well. The thing is, they are neat, but the downside is, the immersive collapsed world is now basically turning into fortnite. That being said, with d2. You know, mixed but its alright, weird still but alright. If you told someone in 2010 that this is what could would end up as, they would laugh and call you insane. Skins are fine, if they mostly fit with what you have going already. Cod started serious and became a game with an 18+ rating simply because it has guns
They're switching from rented cloud servers to Microsoft azure servers & apparently they're a lot better. They've made changes like keeping lobbies together, lots of replayability like extra prestiges, weapon prestiges, prestige skins & rewards, lots of unlockables & there's massive amounts of maps & content because modern warfare 4 next year is a new engine so they're releasing everything they've built the last few years.
Not saying it's gonna be perfect by any means but with destiny how it's going I just don't see it being here next year & what it is right now isn't enjoyable, at all. The player base is tiny, & miserable
