Yes enemies are bullet sponges, ttk is off the charts, abilities are more effective than the weapons especially when they can be spammed. Playing aggressively charging into enemies is useless one touch and you are slowed, can’t use your abilities. You are always underpowered regardless of the power you acquire.

Yes you didn't say anything about light level, your point? Light level is what determines the time to kill in PvE now. Soon we're going back to negative deltas on everything just like before edge of fate. That's why now a red bar in grandmaster difficulty can be killed just as fast as a red bar in expert difficulty.
