well, it seems so. A very informative situation on the PS5. If you have a Russian IP address, you won't be able to log in to the game with an account from any region. BUT, if you use a VPN, you can log in to the game with any account except the Russian one. I think if anyone try to login in game directrly from bungie's server room with RU account on PS5 they recieve tapir error. Xbox, Steam, Epic users have option to change region and play the game, PlayStation didn't. I able to play via cross save on PC with vpn and Epic game account from any other region, but cross save didn't share DLC on platforms and i wait till situation clarify. Many players successfully began to refund money in Steam, maybe Steam stuff know something.
