Hey there. One character unlocks the Prismatic upgrades in a slightly different way to the alts. The first character to complete the campaign receives a mission called 'Destined Heroes' which has two sub steps called Lost in the Light and Found in the Dark. Through the six missions that make up this mission chain, the main character earns the new upgrades from a chest during the missions. Alt characters can launch those six missions from mission staves at the Lost Tower, and earn the same reward on completion. However, they cannot earn a reward that the main character has not earned yet. I believe your Warlock is the main. They played five of the missions in early July but did not ever play the final one, Queens II, the one that unlocks the missing Prismatic Melee upgrade. However the moment they finished the preceding mission, Home II, it made the Queens II banner stave available on your Titan and Hunter. But even though they can play it, the Titan and the Hunter are unable to earn the reward from Queens II until the Warlock does. You should play this mission on your Warlock and confirm they earned their Strand Melee reward, then replay on Titan and Hunter. In addition, the catalyst quest being missing for Tommy's Matchbook is a known issue and is on the tracker.
