I can text chat or voice chat anyone in game. The game stated I was blocked from using in-game communications and that I need to send a request to have a parent to undo it. This happened out of nowhere when I was having connection issues. Bungie, please change it back. I haven't said or done anything to get blocked from comms in game. I barley use it but need it for future LFG. Thanks.
