You will need to have ~80 points into health stat and a recuperation mod to reach the pre nerf 70HP gain.
Alternatively you can go for 100 health and reach 70 without a mod.
We have 100 HP in EoF.
130 shields.
At 30 it's 21 health per orb by default +15 with Recuperation = 36 HPs per orb.
We get 32% DR without any buy-in being able to focus those stat points elsewhere.
It's a minor tradeoff. If you're killing stuff quicker, you'll make more orbs... faster.
You'll take less dmg when you kill enemies faster.
And they said they will adjust these things if needed.
