Destiny 2 Authenticate to Cross Save
Hello,
I have just linked both my Steam and Xbox account and I can never 'authenticate' both of them making it impossible for me to use the characters i made years ago on the xbox.
Troubleshooted the following;
-Tried multiple browsers, companion app and incognito/private window(s).
-Sometimes the xbox is authenticated and sometimes the steam one. It randomly shifts.
-I can see the characters I want to use from my xbox (microsoft) account so its working.
-The character I made as a test on the steam account is also visable on the Cross Save page so its registering the fact that both accounts exist.
It would really refrain me from playing this game again if im unable to use my 'old' characters :(
Can anyone please help and/or contact me? For some reason its seems like there isn't any GM/support you can obtain other then making a post here which I find to be very weird....

3 回覆Hello there, Thank you for your detailed report. We understand you're unable to authenticate the platform accounts you wish to use for your Cross Save. What you describe experiencing does sound strange to us. If the authentication shifts again like you describe, then please consider recording a videoclip which demonstrates this. If you do, you can upload that clip to a site like Youtube, and share a link to it here. If it doesn't continue to shift, then please consider taking a screenshot showing your platform accounts on the Cross Save page, so we can see your set-up and whether we can identify anything anomalous. We'll then investigate.
