Iron banner needs a lot more than more perk columns. I used to play a ton of pvp and the last few years i've cut back due to the terrible balance or mm whatever bungie wants to call it. So many blow outs for and against, neither is fun to play on. While pvp in general has been abysmal, Iron Banner has been even worse.. if that can actually be a thing. I'm having a hard time wanting to subject myself to it and yet.. I recall it being alot of fun in the past. Bungie.. please either fix it or kick it.. its current state is just not acceptable.
