    BNGHelp mentioned they had taken note in a thread (linked below) about the same issue so the devs have been made aware. It's an issue multiple people have posted about but as far as I know there hasn't been any confirmed acknowledgment of the issue as being a bug besides 'we will look into it' or 'we have taken note of the issue' https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/264661097

  • There's a chance there's an issue between microsoft and bungies thing connecting. If you don't get a refund after about a week-or so of filling out the form ask for one from Microsoft.

  • My experience with the form is that they just tell you to request a refund from Microsoft and pass off the blame to Microsoft's end (when you contact Microsoft to report this issue they will give you a refund and similarly tell you that it's an issue on Bungie's end and to report the issue to them since "only bungie has the tools to give you your in game currencies") and then they'll tell you they have no actual way to give you the silver if the purchase doesn't work. Thankfully they finally said they are taking note of the issue, though it doesn't seem to be on the known issues list which is concerning.

  • Microsoft denied the refund and won't let me appeal it so looks like I'm out of luck :/

  • Same thing happened to me at first. I had to go to the support site to get in contact with a live agent(there wasn't an option for refunding my purchase that let me do this so I selected the option for a purchase I don't recognize showing up) and they helped me with it after I told them that it didn't give me the currency. It took a while but they processed the refund after I explained.

Issues can be: - Added then removed prior to a fix - Never added but a fix issued - Added but not cover the scope of the issue - see 'Falcon-Wing Cover' that mentions equipped subclass but the issue is actually it not reflecting the win streak. The page should be more expansive but ultimately most things never make it onto it, its only added at the discretion of the person updating it.
