Warlock Phoenix dive should be buffed in season 18. currently with the changes to Warlock Phoenix dive was changed to be a class ability and has a much longer cool down to previous season and still only gives a bump to health with the artefact mod classy restoration the perk is fine but in season 18 and future seasons it will be very lacking. A buff next season to Phoenix dive would keep this perk usable, a reduce in cool down or should give you full health and shield as it replaces your rift.
