They're nerfing slugs 10% and buffing pellets by 10% in pve. No one is going to dps with pellets ever so it's a pointless ridiculous weapon change. If they continue the cycle and have a damage mod next season people will use whatever weapon is associated with that. On top of that if there really isn't a weapon mod people will probably revert back to Whisper, Darci, or Sleeper. Pellets might be some what useful in Gambit but this is a pretty backwards change.

I do agree also, and mind you too in the notes they wrote that they are doing this change because in short not a lot of people are using Slugs. Which makes me feel like Bungie just watches the Weapon Count more than listening or seeing what actually needs changes. This is similar to how can they screw up Fusion, and Sidearms from 999 to 9999 that could be something they can easily see but instead they don't see it until now, and wont make the change till then.
