I'm trying to transfer my characters from PS4 to PC. Every time I attempt the cross save process I'm stuck at step 1 due to an authentication error. [i](Follow link to see error)[/i] It will allow me to authenticate both my PlayStation and Steam account without any issues. Yet, it is also forcing me to authenticate my Xbox account where I keep getting hit with the authentication error. I am unable to process due to this issue. I never owned D2 on Xbox so why is it forcing me to authenticate it anyways? I've tried multiple different browser, cleared my cookies, and even tried to do it on the companion app. Even after trying all these different platform. I'm stuck at the same step for the same reason. Not allowing me to continue to step 2 because of the Xbox authentication error. Please help! I don't have it in me to start from square 1. Not with the amount of hours I put into these beloved characters.
