If they are not in the redemption history they will not be on the account. Emblem codes are permanently bound to the profile when they are redeemed, so they are not transferable to other profiles. You can try to reenter the codes if you have them.

I have looked and I have proof where I purchased a pin and it had some with it but no code emailed, I own the Peace In the City emblem from a rockstar code in my inventory but its not on my redemption history yet it is not in collections as well as several bungie day emblems. I had several others such as the blue heart one and so on... What should I do, I have payed plenty to not have all of them.

The only way to lose them is to have switched profiles, yours is about 2 years old so any codes older than that maybe on another profile. Unfortunately that means there maybe another profile with those on it, so if you found it you would then have to pick which profile/Codes you would want to keep, as the codes are permanently bound to the account
